Deeper and deeper down the drain

Written by Summerscape at 12:56 13/1-2016

The Summerscape Cycling Team currently is at least one rider short. When it existed of 11 teammates, things ran much more smoothly. Jobs were being done almost immediately, teamspirit was not being affected too much and future talents were still being able to build up experience.

Having only 10 riders is a critical situation. The DP and value of the two 35plus riders (which were bought to become trainers) goes down fast.
When the day comes that they are ready to retire there is no way the team can earn anything close to the amount of $ invested in them.
As long as these 2 are needed for jobbing the investments in them goes deeper and deeper down the drain.

This probably means we will have to let go of one of them before retirement. The near future will tell us who that will be.

There's one way out: if at least one of them decides to retire real soon. Pls guys do it NOW!!! @#$%$#

Well, riders only get ready to retire at their birthday, so I'm afraid these guys won't

I had 2 others retire at 35. I still hope I am not totally out of luck yet.

I'm afraid they're both waiting until at least next season :(
